Cancellation policy

100% refund if cancelled before 02 days of scheduled arrival date.
No refund if cancelled less than 02 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
In case of any date change, 10% of the total booking amount will be charged.
In case of Primary Guest Name change, 5% of total booking amount will be charged.
In case the existing room Category is downgraded, 5% of the total booking amount will be charged.
Rates are exclusive of applicable taxes and GST shall be charged as per applicable
In case of triple occupancy, any person above 6 yrs. of age will be charged as an extra person (with mattress).
The refund process will usually take 21 working days from the date of refund requests raised. The refund requests can only proceed via email (booking.dholavira@evokeexperiences.in)
Refunds will be processed through bank transfer only.
