- 100% refund if cancelled before 02 days of scheduled arrival date.
- No refund if cancelled less than 02 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
- In case of any date change, 10% of the total booking amount will be charged.
- In case of Primary Guest Name change, 5% of total booking amount will be charged.
- In case the existing room Category is downgraded, 5% of the total booking amount will be charged.
- Rates are exclusive of applicable taxes and GST shall be charged as per applicable
- In case of triple occupancy, any person above 6 yrs. of age will be charged as an extra person (with mattress).
- The refund process will usually take 21 working days from the date of refund requests raised. The refund requests can only proceed via email (booking.dholavira@evokeexperiences.in)
- Refunds will be processed through bank transfer only.
- This cancellation policy applies to bookings made until 31st October 2026.
