Always double check buffet prices perhaps get it written somewhere because we got scammed that way. Mr Deepesh the restaurant manager told us 850 per person as the buffet price and charged 1250 per person which is what we paid. But when confronted he blatantly lied to our faces saying he never quoted 850 price and was very rude and unprofessional and even yelled at us. This reflected his poor training, character, and unprofessional behaviour. Instead of apologising for his mistake, which we would have understood, he was very rude and adamant and said we were lying. 4-5 members from our group heard him. That being said food was great in the restaurant, even the service and ambience was amazing. Just the scam by the restaurant manager was shocking and a black spot on the brand Evoke. I suggest the Evoke management to be careful because some bad employees can ruin the brand name and image. Rest of the staff was very courteous and polite and very professional and overall experience was excellent.

The sunsets and sunrises here are genuinely beautiful and worth experiencing. The property itself has a calming vibe, enhanced by soft music playing through speakers along the pathways—such a thoughtful touch and honestly one of my favorite parts.Rooms are spacious and well-equipped with wardrobes, lockers, and clean bathrooms. The overall comfort level is good, and the view from the rooms adds to the experience. However, there were a couple of small issues—on arrival, water bottles were placed in the room but were empty, and given the heat, we had to wait around 10–15 minutes for drinking water. Also, since the property isn’t very frequently occupied, we noticed a few dead insects coming out of the AC when it was switched on. Nothing major, but definitely something housekeeping can improve.Food was a highlight—easily 9.5/10. The quality, taste, and variety were impressive. The crispy corn is a must-try, and breakfast was excellent. Service at the restaurant was also great—the staff is attentive and always around when needed.The swimming pool is nice for relaxing and chilling, though not ideal if you’re looking to swim laps or dive. There’s also a clubhouse with indoor games like chess, mini football, and books, which is a good addition—though adding a small gym would make it even better.Overall, a beautiful property with a peaceful atmosphere, great food, and good service. With slight improvements in housekeeping and readiness, this could easily be a top-tier stay in the region. Definitely worth visiting if you’re heading to Dholavira.
