POLICIES WE ABIDE

These policies are applicable after booking

100% refund if cancelled before 10 days of scheduled arrival date.
50% refund if cancelled before 05 days of scheduled arrival date (but less than 10 days).
No refund if cancelled less than 05 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
In case of any change in check-in date, 10% of the total booking amount will be charged.
In case of Primary Guest Name change, 5% of total booking amount will be charged.
In case of existing room category is downgraded, 5% of total booking amount will be charged.
Rates are exclusive of applicable taxes.
GST shall be charged as applicable.
In case of triple occupancy, any person above 6 yrs. of age will be charged as an extra person (with mattress).

No refund if cancelled less than 02 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.

The refund process will usually take 21 working days from the date of refund requests raised. The refund requests can only proceed via email (booking.dholavira@evokeexperiences.in)
Refunds will be processed through bank transfer only.
